Terms & Conditions and Internal Regulations<\/p><\/strong>
Academic Year 2025\u20132026<\/strong>

NOTICE:<\/strong> Registration and payment for the activity constitute full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Internal Regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Registration<\/h3><\/strong>
      \n
    • Registration is considered final only after the duly completed registration form and<\/strong>\nfull payment have been received.<\/li>
      \n
    • If the number of available places is exceeded, applicants will be notified by e-mail\nthat the course or workshop is full.<\/li>
      \n
    • Only registered participants are allowed to take part in the activities.<\/li><\/ul>
      \n\n

    • Payment<\/h3>
      <\/strong>
      • Payment must be made by bank transfer within 7 days<\/strong> following the online registration confirmation, and in any case no later than the day before the activity.<\/strong><\/li>
      • If payment is made on the same day, proof of payment must be presented.<\/li>
      • Courses may be paid \u201cper session\u201d (subject to availability) or by package subscription, which must always be prepaid.<\/li>
      • Registration grants access only to the specific course(s) or workshop(s) indicated.<\/li>
      • Courses, subscriptions, and payments are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable<\/strong>, except as otherwise provided below.<\/li>
      • Payments may be made by bank transfer or, for single sessions (subject to availability), in cash.<\/li><\/ul>\n
          Absences \/ Cancellations by the Participant<\/strong>

        • Any cancellation notified less than 48 hours<\/strong> before the activity will be charged at 50%<\/strong> of the total fee.<\/li>
        • Any cancellation notified less than 24 hours before the activity<\/strong> will be charged at 100%<\/strong> of the total fee.<\/li>
        • In the event of medical incapacity duly certified by a doctor\u2019s note provided within one week <\/strong>from the accident or onset of illness, the remaining courses or workshop fee will be refunded.<\/li>

          <\/ul><\/li>

        • Cancellations and Modifications by the Organizer<\/h3><\/strong>
          • The organizer, Carol Delea<\/strong>, reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course or\nworkshop in the event of insufficient registrations or for any other valid reason. In\ncase of postponement, participants who cannot attend the rescheduled activity will be\nrefunded.\n<\/li>
          • Prices, schedules, and terms published on the website or on printed material are\nsubject to change.<\/li>
          • Carol Delea may be replaced at any time by another instructor for regular classes.<\/li>
          • In case of force majeure (e.g., pandemic, war, natural disaster, serious illness \u2013 non-\nexhaustive list), no refund will be issued. An equivalent alternative activity will be\noffered as soon as circumstances allow.<\/li>
          • COVID-19<\/strong>: In the event of a lockdown or if the organizer decides to suspend in-\nperson activities for safety reasons, courses will automatically continue online. No\nrefund, deferral, or substitution will be granted.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>

          • Insurance and Health<\/h3>
            <\/strong>
            • Carol Delea\u2019s insurance does not cover loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings (clothing, money, personal items, etc.).<\/li>
            • By registering, the participant expressly releases Carol Delea from any liability in the event of accident, injury, theft, or material damage occurring during the activity.<\/li>
            • The participant declares that they are in good physical condition, with no medical contraindication to participation. It is the participant\u2019s responsibility to take out personal health\/accident insurance and liability coverage.<\/li>
            • Any damage caused to the premises or equipment must be fully compensated by the responsible participant.<\/li>
            • In case of pregnancy, medical condition, or relevant medical history, the participant undertakes to consult a doctor beforehand and to inform the instructor before the start of the activity.<\/li><\/ul>

            • Data Protection and Image Rights<\/h3>
              <\/strong>
              • Personal data collected are used exclusively for the internal management and organization of activities by Carol Delea.<\/li>
              • Photos and videos may be taken during courses or workshops and may be used free of charge for promotional purposes (website, social media, advertising materials).<\/li>
              • Participants who do not wish to appear must notify the organizer before images are taken<\/strong>.<\/li>
              • Practical information will be communicated via e-mail, Facebook, WhatsApp, or other digital channels. Failure to consult these channels cannot be attributed to the organizer.<\/li>
              • Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact details (e-mail address and phone number).<\/li><\/ul>

                Scope of Application
